Pi** Me Off Thursday

This will be a quick PMO because I am late for work. lol
Halloween centric because, well duh!

Halloween PMOs:
From Halloween

1) Procrastinating until October 30 to think of and/or buy a Halloween costume. I always mean to go and find something great, but always end up the day before. AND tonight I have a 2 hour hair appointment, not sure what is happening this year.

2) People who have their houses all decorated for Halloween and all the lights are on, but they don't answer the door for trick or treaters. What is up with that?
From Halloween

3) People who jump out when you approach the door and scare the living crap out of you. Especially when you have little kids. (Come on Shelle, you gotta be with me on this one)

4) Getting a hole in your goody bag. (and your sister following behind you picking up all the good stuff that falls out, but not telling you or returning lost candy to your possession.)
From Halloween

5) Brats that dump the whole bowl in their bag because you went inside for another cocktail. (I will hunt you down and retrieve my Reese's, you brats)

Have a safe and Happy Halloween.

  1. Thanks for entering the Mabel's House contest to win my debut suspense novel, SISTERS OF MISERY! Even if you don't win, I hope you get a chance to read and enjoy it!

  2. I'm totally with you on that one!!! TOTALLY with you! On number 3 that is!

But I also hate when they steal the WHOLE bowl...because secretly I buy GOOD candy and hope there is something left! :)

  3. I hate holes in the goody bag. AND I hate meanie sisters who pick up your candy that has fallen out. That stinks!

Do you have my new blog? If so will you update your blogroll, because this one is going down tomorrow

  4. Oh Binks!! Not the "go back in the house for another drink" one. You need to do better than that. I set up a bar on the porch. It's cool enough that it'll even keep the alcohol chilled perfectly.
Necessity is the mother of invention after all. ;)

    12 steps anyone (lol).

  5. hah. I had a designated candy-giver this year while I was in the bar (KITCHEN) making girlie drinks (AND DINNER).

I'm thinking I'm a good cook/bartender but we'll see what I REALLY think in the morning. If I can get my head off the pillow.

  7. No decorations, no costume, no tric-or-treaters (The porch light was on!) NO FUN . Tons of candy left and me a diabetic. Lord help me now.

  8. OMG!! #3 HAPPENED TO US LAST NIGHT!! And now my poor 6 year old says He's never going Trick-or-Treating AGAIN!

I was so pissed off at those idiots! WHY would you think to do that with a group of 10 kids (none over 6 and most still in diapers!)coming up to your door???

I wish people would really use their brains more... lol!!

  9. Yes, I would put most of those things on my list too. I watched a woman walk into her house last night. Two minutes later when my son rang her doorbell - nothing. And going in for another cocktail should be sacred time. We shouldn't have to worry about thieves during that.
